We were down with our realtor last week and were looking at homes. We love Heritage. For the first time we saw Bishop's Grant and it just felt like the right place for us! We never saw that community before. Can anyone that lives there or near by give us some insight?

We looked there too. I liked the layout of the subdivision and the varying styles of homes throughout. I also liked the fact that the builder left a lot of trees and didn't rip them all down when building. However, Ryan Homes is not the builder in the new section which is going up now. When I look online at reviews for Ryan Homes, there record is a bit spotty throughout the country. They have had a lot of complaints in the last few years. Maybe thats why they are not the builder for the new homes going up there now, but I'm not sure of this.
