I am planning to buy a townhome or a small SFH.
During and among 4 seasons, and 12 months, what time would be the best season for buyer?
and also right now I am feeling house market is so hot and price is a little bit bubbled in Cary area.
Do you think this house market could be settled down and returned to normal price on this second hard of year? How about 2015?
Do I need to wait until next year around this time(Sep/15)? or just buy a TH anytime when I find out a good one? Fall is better than Spring for buyer?

If you're buying new construction, just go ahead. It would take a market crash to drive those down.

If you are buying resale, I would think winter because fewer people are shopping for houses.

But consider the cost if delaying if interest rates go up. No, I do not have a crystal ball.

The season in which you're ready to buy and there is a home available that matches what you are looking for.
