My friend's daughter is allergic to eggs. She generally buys from Blue Moon in Cary.

Blue Moon Cafe is a good option.

You could also talk to the bakery folks at Earth Fare in Brier Creek. They have access to a lot of vegan mixes. And, I've always found them very willing to work with me.

Do you want a vegan cake or just an egg-less one? I know several bakeries that make egg-less cakes, but they aren't vegan.
