Wedgwood, Clarion Crossing, Hunter's Glen, Remington Place - anyone lived here before? (Raleigh: apartments)

I'm moving to Raleigh from PA very soon. I was just looking at apartments and of all the ones I saw, these are the ones I'm considering.

If you've lived here, can you tell me what you thought/think?

Basically:

How safe is it?

How easy is the commute to NCSU/Chapel Hill?

How thick are the walls/insulation? Can I hear neighbors or people above me walking around/talking/TV? I sometimes take work home. Even wearing earplugs, noise makes it hard to concentrate.
