I heard John Wieland Homes are really good. They build production and custom homes. And, they have a 5/20 warranty which many builders do not offer.

Thanks for that vote of confidence, IT chick. And a1m1700, Realtors are bound by the code of ethics and if there is a problem, because we are licensed by the state, buyers and sellers have someone they can relay this information to. Sales Associates are not bound by any code of ethics in NC. They are simply employees of the builder and therefore, they are not licensed and again...it only takes one to ***** it up for the rest of us! Vicki
