There was going to be a T Mac, but they decided to scale back their expansion plans for the area after running into delays getting the Waverly location open. Overall, I have been kind of disappointed in the quality of the retailers that appear to be ending up in Bradford. Once again, similar to Park West, it seems like a shadow of what could have been. Hopefully the neighbors are happy having smaller crap next door rather than slightly larger and upscale.

I agree on the parking lot. Hopefully, the various managers will have the employees park in the back lot.

Thought y'all might like to see a behind the scenes look at how your new Publix operates. Pretty cool.

Went there recently...pretty impressive. I think it'll provide some good competition for HT.

That is an impressive look at what goes on at a Publix distribution center.

Publix's Charlotte Division does not have its own distribution center yet. I do not know when and where a distribution center will be announced. Publix #1466 and other North Carolina stores will be served by the Altanta Division's distribution center in Lawrenceville, Georgia for the time being.

I finally made it over there. Seemed expensive, and the produce section was okay (but pricey). No real reason for me to shop there, so I doubt I'll be back. I don't really shop at Harris Teeter or Lowes either so I'm not their target customer anyhow.

Oh, and it'd have been nice if the "make your own six pack" beers were cold. Fresh Market does it that way, and it's very convenient.

We went there earlier this week. Having read about the delicious meatballs, I intended to buy some. They didn't have any. Seems they usually come in every two days, but the clerk basically said not to count on it. Huh?

We popped by to pick up a few items today. Boy was it jammed. I guess there are still a lot of people coming during the weekends. When we went on a Tuesday afternoon, it was much more reasonable.
