My husband wants to look at a townhome to rent in Cary at a community called Colonial Village. Does anyone have any information on this community? I've tried to look online on the ratings website, but there's nothing there. Anyone know anything?????

Colonial Village is an apartment complex near Maynard/North Harrison, isn't it?
Do you possibly mean Colonial Townes, down off the SW Cary Parkway?

I don't know anything specific about the complex, but the location is good. It's convenient to 40, downtown Cary, Crossroads and there's a Harris Teeter across the street.

It looks like it used to be Harrison Grande. Look on Apartmentratings.com under that name.
