Looking for some suggestions to help my MIL find a rental. She works at WakeMed Cary. She will frequently be near Stephenson/TenTen area...so someplace near those two locations would be nice.
She wants 2BR / 2BA and the key is secure parking (either townhouse/garage or some kind of gated parking beneath building????). She works late and is worried about walking from car to apartment (despite our assurances).
Thanks all for your suggestions. For reference, she likes the new Bradford complex (Publix lot in Cary) but location is a tiny bit farther than she would like. It's also on the higher side of her price range (but VERY nice).
There is a brand new apartment complex at the corner of Tryon & Cary Parkway. It's called Century Tryon Place. They had some deals advertising discounts on a banner out front. Grocery store right across the street which to me is a huge convenience.
