I live nearby, so I dug up
what's planned for those retail buildings. A Suite Salon, Mod Pizza, and.... Supercuts. Sadly, that's a pretty big 0-3 as far as I'm concerned! At least a big 0-2. I'm sure I'll give Mod Pizza's fast-made personal pizzas a shot at some point if it comes to fruition, but these are a far cry from the local pub/shops I was hoping for.
