Can anyone provide a recommendation for a reputable house cleaning service? East Creedmoor area/Western Wake Forest. Need someone trustworthy with good track record/references.
They started out very good for us, then they started to send women who would yell at one another in my living room (in Spanish, but I do understand and Spanish and I doubt they knew this) and they broke a set of our wood blinds and didn't tell me (I work from home) that they'd done it. I had to find them broken.
We got rid of them after that.
Likely this was a fluke, because they did start out very good in terms of actual cleaning.
Just my experience, and clearly yours has been different. I'm glad they work out for you.

Been using Maid Brigade for years and years. I've posted about them before and my thoughts from those posts still hold. Very reputable. I know the owner personally after starting out as a customer. He's a stand up guy and runs a quality show. We only do partial cleaning every other week but that's plenty enough for us.
I'd like to second the recommendation for Triangle Green Cleaning. They participate in "Cleaning for a Reason" which provides free house cleaning services to cancer patients while they are on chemo. Not only was it wonderful to have a clean house during one of the most challenging times of my life, but they did an excellent job!
