Town of Cary Sanitation Fee query (2015, new home, utilities)

Quick query as I cannot see the answer on the Town of Cary website Garbage Collection

We moved into our new home on 1/14/2015 and set up gas, electric, water etc. I called Town of Cary and received my garbage and recycling bins however I do not recall how the $15 per month sanitation fee is billed?

Do I receive a paper bill each month? If so then does the bill arrive on a certain date (e.g. 1st/15th/last day of month) or does it depend when I start my service etc.

Does anyone know?

You can get a paper bill or sign up for online with e-mail notification. You can view usage information online as well.

it's in your utility/water bill. I set mine up to view online.
