Yeah thanks. I know a bit about ticon properties. Some of them are out of my price range but they seem nice and get good reviews. My top choice right now is hawks nest (a ticon properties duplex) but I also want some backup plans. I'll definitely look into glenbrook too.

Any other suggestions?

How competitive is renting in the area? Will I likely have a difficult time getting into my top choice?

The South Terrace @ Auburn are very nice...I lived there for 3 years and loved every bit of it. A 2 BR at the time was $899 with our special, but it was 1,200 sq ft. You could get a 1 BR with a sunroom for less and it would be about 900 sq ft I think! Hope this helps!
