We're considering giving them a try (Cary/Apex)....would appreciate opinions from anyone who has used them recently.

Yes - we used them for my dog in Sept/Oct time frame. the gal did a beautiful job - my dog was quite ragged b/c it had been some time since last grooming. I definitely would do it again. much easier than using petsmart at brier creek where it is a 4 hr or more turn around - making me do two trips. In fact, I need to call to make an appointment! Call and talk to find out how it works. I really think it was under an hour and my dog looked gorgeous. I had a neighbor who used them, so I thought I would give them a try.

Default Aussie Raleigh

I did use Aussie until they were habitually late and the last time- over 2 hours late, without a phone call, without an apology , acted mad at me that I was put out. I said never again. There are others in the area that do a much better job without the attitude.
