What are you looking to find out? I'm originally from Clayton and am moving back after I finish up college in May. Glen Laurel is fairly nice. It's a safe neighborhood in a good school district. Everything looks kind of a bit the same, but the neighborhood is pretty well wooded which gives it a nice green feel. I don't know very much about the golf course except that it's well maintained.
Beautiful, very safe, established neighborhood where people take pride in their homes. Wonderful community with great school options. Husband enjoys the golf course and I love walking the trails throughout it. I've lived here for 5+ years from Boston and love it! No complaints!
We purchased a lot in Flowers Plantation in clayton. LOVE the neighborhood!!! Move in in August :-). It's a very well maintained neighborhood with a ton of amenities :-)
Great family neighboorhood. Very good schools. less than a mile from East Clayton Park and Dog Park. The Neuse Golf Club is semi-private rated 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest. Community pool and tennis courts.
Glen Laurel is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Clayton. Very good area.
