Pollen clouds were visible today in the Westpark subdivision. Drove through to go the Walmart neighborhood store and was amazed at how much pollen was in the air.

My black dog was yellow this morning!

Wondering if it's even worth it to hose off the screen porch...

I'm telling y'all. I have used local honey in my daily tea for several years now. I used to suffer. I mean, SUFFER. Now, I have very little reaction to it. It's cheap and delicious.

Better yet, I leave the window open over my coffee maker each morning so that we have filtered pollen with each delicious cup. I don't know if it helps the allergies, but I love having the windows open and I love that I stopped worrying about the pollen. I guess it's my way of being one with nature.

We open the windows all the time during mild weather. I think absolutely nothing of the pollen. It feels so good to feel the breeze and fresh air inside after a long winter. When things get a little dust over we drag out The Swiffer System.

I open the windows too. The pollen is getting in no matter what.
