"The Triangle" is the generic name for this area, of which Raleigh, Cary, Durham etc are components.

Ah, yea...I am from Texas and we tend to refer to cities as areas I guess...like when you say you live in Dallas/Fort Worth...that could be one of literally 60-80 towns and cities.

Anyways...The job will be in Garner, North Carolina...so the places I am looking to live are the following:

Clayton, Garner, Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, Cary, Willow Springs, Fuquay Varina

I am wondering if there are any other areas within 15-25 minutes from Garner that I should be looking at.

What are the fishing laws like in North Carolina? Is it easy to get a license?
I can't comment on the fishing regulations (that's the husband's department ), but I was able to get a license on-line from the NC Dept of Natural Resources. It took less than 3 minutes, and they e-mailed me a temporary license. I got the actual copy in the mail a few weeks later. Piece of cake.
