Comments on Preserve at Richland Hills? It is a K.Hov division, lots of sq feet for the money. So of course this begs the question...is there a reason you get a lot of house for the money at the Preseve at Richland Hills?
Has anybody visited this community? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on it.
There are not a ton of trees in that development! Although the homes have the address wake forest, they are in franklin county (different school system) which is also a reason for the lower prices.
There is a Khov community in wake forest, in wake county, and the homes have more brick, stone, etc and are quite a bit more expensive.
I don't love the neighborhood only because the homes seem close together and there just are not enough trees for my taste.
Is there a noticable difference between schools in Franklin vs. Wake cty? Thanks
