On march I got summon for court jury. Did all it the directions as ask. That week came, and then my hearth fell to the floor, i had to serve duty. I over sleep and missed it. I knew i was going to get it. A week past by to the next. Another appointment came with no envelope. I am stilll wondering. i also missed that how disappointing. Either way i am here trying to find out how clear it out using he web. I don't want to waste time in traveling sending me in circles for punishment. What should I do wise people?

Sincerely;

Edgar..

I'm not sure what exactly has transpired, but if you missed a Jury Duty summons, you had better start by calling the clerk of court in whatever county you are in and see what to do.

I'm kind of confused by your message, but it sounds like you missed two summons? That's not something you can just "clear out" online. I agree with the above ... call the Clerk of Court in your county ... and do it right away before you have police showing up at your door.

Yep. Then grow up, be a responsible adult and fulfill your obligations and rights as a citizen.

Next time anyone questions the decisions of a jury just refer back to this thread. A jury of our peers? Really? Would anyone want the OP deciding their fate?

OP is a troll. His/her post is a prank which deserved no response.

Explain this to the Clerk of Court just like you explained it to us. I'm sure they'll clear it immediately.
