I am looking for someone who can sew/make very simple items of clothing - skirts, t-shirts, etc. I have the fabric but don't sew. Any suggestions? I am in Durham by Southpoint Mall.

Lee Tailors is in Southpoint Mall. I've used them and found the work to be good to very good. Best if all, they've been honest, telling me upfront that a seam would look different on an item if they shortened it (item was a knit). Their prices were about the same as anyone else.

I'm cuyriiys - are you doing this to have custom made T t-shirts or because you think you're going to save money!

I'm a big fan of Triangle Tailors. They are across Fayetteville rd from Southpoint (over in the corner by Best Buy and that Dancing school)

I work for a company that prints custom fabric, and I get an allowance each month for fabric. It is beautiful fabric but I don't know how to sew, so I am hoping to find someone who can make the clothes for me using the fabric I have. Wasn't thinking about the money...
