Super Asian Buffet on Kildaire in Cary has it too. Does seem like the buffets have it.

I probably could but sometimes the sauce for the shrimp is totally different and is more of a thin coconut milk sauce. Thanks though

There is a buffet place next to the Sam Ash Music store on Capital Blvd in Raleigh and they have Coconut Chicken as well.
