Big Ed's is opening a new location in N Raleigh (Quail Corners Shopping Center) on Falls of Neuse Rd. They are taking over the old TerraFin location. Should open by mid-July

Finally north Raleigh is getting some southern breakfast diner food. Rejoice.. This venture better make it, with all the whining we've heard lately on the subject. Good C-D test to see if people will put their money where their mouth is.

It only takes the right restaurant and the right lease agreement to change that.

How many restaurants failed in the Sawmill Taproom location before it came along? And it's been there like 10-15 years now.

Big Ed's actually plans to also serve dinner in new N. Raleigh location. I just hope the downtown restaurant is not affected. Currently a great restaurant for country breakfast and lunch. in fact, we will be there later this morning with friends!
