lol if you think native North Carolinians care about the working class. They sure don't vote that way.

I tried to talk nephew into moving to NC from NJ for better winter weather.
He makes $70 hr as a union tin knocker. I just saw an add for construction workers in Fayetteville, starting at $11 hr, non union.
I don't think he will be relocating any time soon.

This native does. I'm a retired civil servant, and a Yellow Dog Democrat on top of that.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is a "Yellow Dog Democrat"?

Would even vote for a yellow dog, as long as it was a democrat.

Term been around since the days of Lincoln. "I would vote for a yellow dog before I would a republican"
