Live in Holly Springs and looking for a good steak sandwich...no not a cheese steak, I mean I filet grilled & sliced on toast!

Try Piper's Tavern on Falls of Neuse in North Raleigh. Not on toast, it's on a small torpedo roll but really good.

I'm in China for a few weeks for work, and I have to tell you that I literally started salivating when I read the title of this post!

Am enjoying the native cuisine but can't wait to get home for some Western food, particularly as it's not just well-flavored, but the raw materials are generally of safe provenance.....
