You can actually look at Morrisville, especially the Preston area. This area is at a nice location with a reasonable drive to most of the places. And there are a large number of restaurants, pubs, also upcoming places around.

I will check out Morrisville next time I am down. I also put Charlotte because I can go there for work if I need to as well. Thank you to everyone that gave actually advise to my original post. My job and savings are my business and I will try not to feed the trolls lol. I guess every forum has them.

Which troll post? People asked about your job because it makes a big difference in where we would recommend living. No one wants your bank account balance. It's just that real estate prices vary within the area. This forum is heavily moderated and troll post are quickly taken down. Someone offering a different perspective is not trolling.

I'd suggest that you apply to every possibility in the Triangle & the Charlotte metro. Go with whoever hires you first. You'd be surprised at the competition for even medical jobs unless you have a specialty.

People ask about housing budgets to steer you. It makes no sense to waste time suggesting something that costs more than a poster can afford. People ask where the job is located to know where to tell you to look. If the job is in Durham, telling someone to look in Winston-Salem also makes no sense.
