Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get to Fayettville from Angier or Fuquay Varina or Clayton. I map quested it and it looks to be about an hour. Is that accurate? If you had to choose what town would you pick to live in?
I would choose Fuquay of the choices you gave. But check out Lillington, too.
We lived in the northern part of the little town for a number of years. I commuted to Fayetteville and my husband worked in Cary. We each had about a 40-minute drive.
I should have noted that I worked in downtown Fayetteville -- so a good chunk of my 40 minutes was getting through Fayetteville. Fort Bragg was more like 25 minutes, and the northern part of Ramsey Street (401 turns into Ramsey) is about 20.
Thanks, I think we decided on fv too. I will be in downtown Fayettville and we did the drive last weekend. It wasn't too bad!
