Is is just me, or my area, or is it missing everywhere in the region?

It is missing from the free over-the-cable broadcast channels (for some reason). However I can usually get it using a digital antenna.

I use a digital cable box. It's back now, but for about 24 hours, it wasn't available. Maybe it was a problem with WRAL's equipment.

Is WRAL still missing for others beside me?

Since last week, every other day WRAL is missing when I turn on my TV. I reboot the box and it reappears. This morning WRAL was missing, so I watch the early morning news on WTVD before work. When I got home from work 10 hrs later, WRAL was still missing, but eventually returned without a reboot....go figure.

No, it's not just you. For the past two to three weeks, WRAL has been going out for me - both channel 3 and channel 1209. It happened again yesterday, but for both WRAL and WRAZ! It lasted about 3 hours. Restarting my system seemed to do the trick.

Happens to us frequently and then other channels go out. The reboot takes care of the problem.

Me too, although in my case channel 68 is the one that always goes first. Rebooting the box works, but it's a PITA because it takes so long.
