Ultrasound jobs in Raleigh area (job openings, centers, office)

Hello,
I'm looking for any information about working in or around Raleigh, NC. Particularly in the ultrasound dept of a hospital, Ob/Gyn office or even outpatient imaging centers. All the hospitals that I've looked into have job openings which is wonderful but it's difficult to choose without knowing the area better. Does anyone have experience working in the radiology dept that can give me some advise? Thank you in advance
