What are some nice, inexpensive subdivisions in Cary?
Home prices in the upper $200's.
Homes that are no older than 15 years old.

Thanks.

That is a broad question, but without knowing your particular needs for square footage, commute to work, etc you might consider the following:

Some great neighborhoods to look in are Devereaux and Charleston Village (Apex) , and Ashley Woods, Silver Creek, Braeloch, and Lochmere Forest. These are all great locations, nice neighborhhoods and you should find a great home between $275k to $325K. There are others of course, too many to list here.

If you go just below south Cary, to the tip of Holly Springs, you can get a brand new or newer home in Sunset Oaks.

Wake County is sooooo big! If you haven't already done so, please find yourself a good Realtor. They are great resources for just this type of info. Part of their job is to unlock the door to houses, but the most important part is the information they can provide about Wake County, neighborhoods that fit your needs, and many other information bits you will find necessary to your final decision.

Welcome to Wake County! I was a "newbie" to the area in 2000. From the first week I arrived, its been a truly delightful place to call home. Here's to you and your move, and I hope you find it as wonderful a place as I have.

Fieldstone Village
Lochmere neighborhoods
Cotswold
Giverny
Fenton Estates
Park Village
Brookstone
Devereaux
Silverton
Glenridge
Ashley Woods
Fairfax
The Park at West Lake
MacArthur Park
The Battery
Sherwood Greens

In some of those neighborhoods you would be looking at the lower price points in the neighborhood, which is always a desirable position for a Buyer.
