The site plan on their site also shows commercial on the southeast corner, but that parcel isn't included on the site plan used by LoopNet. Maybe it was a later addition to the project.
So yes, they're separate parcels. I've boxed the retail component of Corners at Brier Creek that lies north of TW Alexander in red, and the property owned by Harris Teeter is to the east boxed in blue.
