Any info on whats being built at corner of TW Alexander and Glenwood? (Durham: apartments, new home)

They've cleared out an area on both sides of TW Alexander. Any info on whats going in there?

I am not sure if this is it, but I know Harris Teeter bought a lot right in that area.

(I also saw that a developer wants to build some new homes right over the county line inside Durham County near there as well.)

Both sides clearing out? Interesting. I know Harris Teeter bought one side, I think the northeast side of TW Alexander/Glenwood.

What I've been told - Retention pond on the side closest to Best Buy. Harris Teeter + retail (no idea what or how large) on the other side.

Harris Teeter's land is at the northeast corner of TW Alexander and Acc, not Glenwood.

Northeast corner of TW Alexander and Glenwood is supposed to be The Corners at Brier Creek. Mix of retail anchored by a grocery store.

The site plan on their site also shows commercial on the southeast corner, but that parcel isn't included on the site plan used by LoopNet. Maybe it was a later addition to the project.

Thanks for the info! So if I understand correctly the Harris teeter is separate from the corners of brier creek construction?

So yes, they're separate parcels. I've boxed the retail component of Corners at Brier Creek that lies north of TW Alexander in red, and the property owned by Harris Teeter is to the east boxed in blue.
