It was just announced last week that PNC is going to be getting a renovation so I think any chances of a downtown arena are going down with that.
Yeah I actually just saw that. Looks pretty interesting to say the least. The cost of everything at this time is unknown but would definitely be cheaper than a new arena.
Now i just want to check Raleigh out before i ake y decision to move "south" from Northern VA...

How many neighborhood there are outside Downtoun..or "suburb" ? 30 mn maximum drive..

Tons and tons of suburban neighborhoods within a 30-minute drive of downtown. That's what this area is primarily - suburban neighborhoods.
