in June, 87 were rented at an average price of $1,450. Since the range is from $850-2,100 it makes a bit of difference. the median days to rent was 23.

in October, 32 were rented, at the same $ and days to rent. There's 89 available for rent right now.

It slows down in the winter because families with kids don't like to change residences during the school year. Same with houses.

Slows down, but by no means slow.
