I only saw it briefly as I was driving by, but it looks like Maggie Moo's is gone. Some other yogurt / ice cream place has replaced it. Does anyone know about this? It still shows up on Yelp but Google shows it as closed.

They've closed down most of the MaggieMoo's over the past several years and I think converted a few to the sister Marble Slab brand. The Brier Creek location is now Mixx Ice Cream, and I *think* it's run by the previous MaggieMoo's franchisee. Think it happened about six months ago.

The MaggieMoo's at the Arboretum in Cary closed as well.

I thought there was a Cold Stone Creamery nearby which might explain why Maggie Moo's disappeared. But it's on the other side of Glenwood near Walmart. I really think Cold Stone Creamery would do better in the bigger Brier Creek shopping center.

There's a Dairy Queen on the bigger side. While it may not be on the same level, it still is a lot of competition in the area.

Its basically the same place with a different name. If you liked Maggie Moos you will like what is there now.
