I visited the lot couple of weeks ago. They did not even start building yet. they already sold nearly 25 townhomes. Its located on Weston parkway itself. Beautiful land scaping. you can literally walk to Metlife, Verizon, Deutsce bank, biologics. 1 mile from SAS campus. You can even walk to the near by shopping complex, Target, TJ max, ROSS, movie theatre. etc.. And community is connected with trails. Surrounded by green belt 360 degrees. If you work in nearby companies worth looking

Resale should be OK, but appreciation won't be tremendous right away.

Upscale neighborhood should maintain stable or upward trending values. Probably a little above market right now. Buying before rates go up more would offset that a little. Mixed use has its benefits.

Agreed. They have been increasing price every 4 weeks. I think because of demand. Still not late to buy though.

Labor and material costs are on an upswing.
And it is common for prices to increase with sales in a subdivision.
But, when built out, where will appreciation come from?
They are pricey for tract-built townhomes already.
