I drove by for my 6 month check at west Cary dental and it looked the same as it did more or less from 6 months ago. My dentist said it was a mixed use bank, restaurant, retail and office.
I've heard there is some wrangling between the NCDOT & TOC over road improvements for the said lot. The developer is now having to wait this out & come up with the money.
When I drove down GLC Road a few weeks ago I think I counted ~ 7 or 8 different construction sites. Wonder when they will widen to 4 lanes? Traffic to the new high school will suck!
Anyone heard any updates? At this point it's just an eye sore.
