Smile Lawn maintenance at Creekside

Hey KD. Regarding lawn maintenance at Creekside, as long as you do not have a fence put up they will cut your grass in the backyard. If your neighbors put up fences, that will not preclude them from cutting your lawn.

Both Creekside and CA are close to RDU - Creekside will be a major multi use planned community. We are still going to buy in Creekside....however our plans have been delayed until next year.

Ciao,
Ima C

I've been out to Creekside twice on Saturdays and never heard a plane. However at Heritage Pines near the Cary/Morrisville area the planes were very noisy and noticeable. Depends on the flight plan I guess?

Creekside does provide the noise contour disclosure as part of the paperwork at signing, but it is not within the contours.

As noted in this thread, it's close to the airport but not in line with the runways. By the time a plane circles around to pass overhead of Creekside, it's easily high enough to not be an issue. And it's rare one would circle back over that close to the airport anyway.

Heritage Pines is near the outer edge of the contours, within the 55 dB zone.

My buyers and I were told that as long as YOUR FENCE has a gate that is left open, the landscapers WILL go into your backyard to cut your grass. Of course, if I had a buyer that was interested in that, I'd ask again, to verify they have not changed their policy.

Buyers should always take their Agent with them when buying new construction. It can get complicated and the onsite agent works for the builder.
