need to know if any one chips Honda's around here and does any one know how to bypass the O2 sensor after u turbo a car

Not sure about "Chipping" your honda. I've had a few modified honda's in my past. If you mean reprograming your ECU to match the air/fuel ratio's needed to support the new turbo I would start by looking for someplace that does dyno based tuning. You can also avoid the chip/hard change method by going with an APEXi SAFC or VAFC controller.

Assuming your ECU is OBD1 you can buy the chip and have it installed. I did this once by shipping my ECU to King Motorsports (US Mugen dealer) http://www.kingmotorsports.com/category.aspx?cat=4they had my ECU flashed, programed and mailed back in 5 days.

You can then go to this place (google is good)

And have them tune your car.
