Hi everyone! My family and I recently moved to Morrisville (in large part due to the help of this board in my previous post, so thank you!).
Now it is time for the desicion of where to send my kid for kindergarten. My wife and I are considering all options. The topic here is CHARTER SCHOOLS.
I have been to the info sessions for Cardinal Academy and the new Peak Charter Academy (both charter schools). They both look great but I am hoping to get your opinions and thoughts. Public school is on the table as well but I am a little turned off at the large number of students at Alston Ridge and Green Hope (my public school options).
Given that you live in Morrisville and would have a desirable school assignment, I would think twice before placing my child in a charter school run by a for profit company. Even though the schools themselves are large we've found that there is still a sense of community, if you choose to partake.
