So I just tried the new Wing It On! located on Hillsborough Street. They're shtick is making sure the wings are crispy, not that rubbery inedible grossness mentioned earlier in this thread, like what I got from Wings Over Raleigh. They were crispy, so that's a plus. But the flavor of the hot buffalo sauce was compleeeetely unbalanced, and thensauce tasted farrrr too buttery. It's like they melted a whole stick of butter in the saucd used for my 12 wings. Furthermore, the sauce was pretty thin and runny. Kinda disappointed. Will maybe give them another chance, but that butter flavor has me thinking maybe not.

I think the WingStop off New Hope Church Rd by Walmart is still my jam for wings in my area.

I recently had the (fairly new) Town Hall location that opened in Holly Springs. I really liked their Lemon Pepper and Old Bay dry rub wings.
