Woah! Finally made it out to Chapel Hill to get to Al's. One of the coolest places I've been to, burgers were great, and Al is a super cool guy. I also like MoJoe's in Glenwood South, much more convenient for me. Still making multiple trips to DC every month to get Shake Shack though...that is tops.

Raleigh has some pretty good local restaurants, I'm still trying new places.

Al's is probably the best burger place in the area. It's a chain but Bad Daddy's is really good if you've never been (in Morrisville, Seaboard Station and soon North Raleigh)

Bad Daddys is my personal favorite. The new one will be walking distance to my new house.

Then it will be in hoover round distance if you make it too much of a habit.

PDF - have you been to Chuck's yet?

after Bad Daddy's and MoJoe's, it's the next closest place for you I can think of. One day, you'll need to go (early) to Johnson's in Siler City. Personally, I haven't been able to make it there. But it's renowned.
