agreed on the Bodyguard 380. We also have. Tough trigger pull but everything else is great.

  • Anyone use an online seller and then used pick-up at local store?

No mention of Carolina Gun Runners? Them and Fuquay Gun and Gold has the best customer service in the area.

I've owned just about every pocket pistol and the only one I have kept is the Taurus TCP. First Taurus I have ever owned and love it. Not sure why but it has been the most accurate pocket gun I've shot and zero issues.

Fuquay Gun & Gold. Check out their Gunbroker page, they have auctions and you can bid on firearms that nobody else bids on that you can end up taking home at a discount without paying the FFL transfer fee.

There's also Ed's near Southern Pines but that's a bit of a drive.

Are you dead set on a laser?

I would have no reservations buying online and transferring it in to wherever you want. I would be surprised if Fuquay couldn't get it for you without going that route.
Quoted for truth. Their FFL transfer fee I think is only $15 or so compared to the average 20+.

[Update] Saw you already purchased.

Crimson Trace Laser pricing was FAR less when pre-installed at gun manufacturer. It's an easy DIY project but more expensive when bought separately. Lifetime free replacement batteries.

At Wake Range, I try to get proficiency using each method. Just hoping for some cooler evenings to get back to range, since there is no HVAC on range!

I can only imagine how bad it has been in there (Wake Co Range) these past few weeks! You can suck all the fresh air in the world through there and if it's 95 degrees and high humidity outside nothing you can do.

There is Fuquay Guns and Gold, Perry's in Wendell, Young Guns in Apex. I would also look for a used one and save some cash.
