I heard Randy's opened a shop on Harrison and Maynard (Northwoods Plaza). Has anyone been yet?

I'll try it out. Randy's on Miami is probably my favorite pizza in the area. Their other locations are "right up there too", but I think under different ownership and not quite as good IMO.

Other faves of mine:
Cozzolinas
Salvios (Cary Location)

Excited, and curious to hear if anyone has actually been to the new location yet. (I just found out about them last night, and have not been able to find much on teh webz.

And the division over pizza begins again.

We went to two different locations of Randy s shortly after we moved here in 2012. Haven't been back.

I've found nothing better than Salvio's, but I'm not a pizza snob.

I was going to try Randy's in Morrisville, but the yelp reviews were so horrendous that I skipped it.

I am doubtful. Randy's on Miami, despite having the same name as the others Randy's, is a totally separate entity. Only the names are similar, nothing else.

I am not from NJ/NY, but Randy's on Miami truly does have the best pizza in the area!

Let the tomato throwing commence!

YAY! They are finally open? Been watching and waiting for that location to open! The only pizza available in that area (mine!) are the franchises. I really like Randy's Pizza out by the Park and look forward to testing this location too.

I love Randy's when I order the whole pie, but am not a huge fan when I only buy a slice.

Are they open yet?

I like Salvios as well. Also J&S in Apex for Sicilian.

I had eaten at the Randy's in Durham a few months ago.

On my way home one day, I grabbed a slice of cheese from the Randy's in Morrisville (a few weeks ago). It was DELICIOUS!

Both tasted the same to me.

The yelp reviews were more about terrible customer service, messed up orders, etc, than the pizza itself I think.

But....it's yelp so take with a grain of salt.
