Since you are moving to a different country, I would not try to force her into a grade ahead of what she might normally be in, just wait for the September class. You could use that time to acclimate her to the US and things that are different (and things that are the same).

One thing I wanted to point out, the traditional calendar school year around here starts in mid-to-late August, not September. Some counties (Wake is this way) also have year round calendar options, and these start the year as early as the second week in July.

I've mentioned this before - I went to kindergarten very young (birthday in November) and there was no benefit or reason for it. I ended up going to college at 17. Just unnecessary. It may be worth seeking out some sort of alternative program so her learning doesn't just halt mid-season, but I wouldn't suggest sticking her in with older kids.
