And to what "lack of culture" are you referring? Where there are people, there is culture. I live in Boston most of the year, which doesn't lack for "culture" (if by "culture," you mean "urban culture": the usual tourist attractions, museums, restaurants, concerts, etc.). And that type of "culture" is plentiful in NC. What interests me more is local culture, rather than urban culture, which NC delivers on all cylinders.
