Realtor for rentals? (Raleigh: real estate, apartments, renter)

Can anyone recommend a realtor that does rentals? I'm out of state and looking on all the sites (realtor.com, Zillow, etc) but it would be helpful to find someone in town that may have a line on homes that aren't publicized on the web. So far, I only found one, but they don't have many listings.

That's because there's not much money in it, so Realtors don't really handle rentals around here. Occasionally, one will assist a client who is buying ir selling, but that's about it.

Try searching for 'property managers apartments Raleigh' rentals instead of realtors. And use craigslist.

Some of the newer agents will occasionally help a renter in hopes that when they are ready to buy, they will call them.

Most of the rentals pay $50 to $200, so it has to be someone who isn't busy.

If you call a random real estate company, you'll get the Realtor on "phone duty" and those are usually the newer agents.

Other than that, JKGourmet is correct in that you should contact a property management company.

Where are you looking to rent? As Vicki said, look for property management companies.
