What shcool districts for The Estates at Young Landing (Cary: homes, school district)

I am wondering if anyone know the school district for Pulte's The Estates at Young Landing in Cary.

Since it has not been built, I can't find any information from WCPSS website.

Do you need elementary, middle, or high school most immediately?

The WCPSS site has the schools zoned, and even the maps for each school's zone. Therefore, any spot, developed or not, will be reflected in some schools map ... As of today. As of a year from now, no telling.

Everything in Wake County is in the Wake County School District. Eveything in any other county is in that county's school district.

Homes across the street are currently zoned for Cary ES/Reedy Creek MS/Cary HS for next year.
