I think it would and that's what I'd like to see in the Morrisville outlet mall space - Asian, South American, everything else. Maybe like London's Borough Market or what Anthony Bourdain is planning for NYC.

Yeah, I'd love it, but I don't think the population is large enough (or interested enough) to support it. The Triangle (let alone Morrisville) isn't exactly London or NYC.

Dean and Deluca locations have nothing to do with population. They have to do with the owner and where he has family/wants to vacation. Don't expect another one anywhere until the company is bought by a more aggressive company.
