Who do I hire to replace vent hoods? (Raleigh, Cary: house, shop)

I have four vent hoods on my house that are deteriorating pretty badly, and of the four, three are fairly high up on the second story. These vents are for bathroom exhaust fans and for my clothes dryer. I'd like to have them replaced, but I'm not exactly sure who I'd call to get that kind of work done. Has anyone ever had this kind of thing done before? If so, who do you recommend?

Unfortunately, each of the vents in my house go through the wall (not through the roof). Any idea whether he'd do that? His website says they do roof repairs only...

I would give them a call and see if they can help in resolving your issue. Feel confident you will receive good advice one way or the other.
