The word moribund comes to mind. They finally got lots of approvals that were needed, then it seemed the backers wanted to oust the guy who started the whole thing so they could change the plans. Looks like that has slowed everything down quite a bit. And with borrowing rates about to go up it may get too expensive to do anything for a while.
Anyone know of updates to this, or is it dead? Both the Town of Apex and Veridea websites show the old "coming soon" language but it's seriously outdated.
If it's DoA, I'm surprised that the 540 exit retains the Veridea name.
