I am considering getting a daith ear piercing to (hopefully) treat my migraines. Does anyone have any suggestions where to go?

I would start with the doctor who treats your migraines. Given the seriousness of piercing through cartilage, I would look for someone with a nursing degree, or who at least understands the sanitation requirements.

FWIW, the Rock N Roll tattoo shops on Glenwood and Capital Blvd get good reviews on Yelp. One reviewer had her daith pierced: http://www.yelp.com/biz/rock-n-roll-...zt03Z32r2sP5FQ

I have had daith piercings in both ears for... 13 years now. I went to Blue Flame, and while my piercer is no longer there (moved out of state), I would still go back there if I needed something. The business was always clean and professional. I didn't get them to stop migraines (never heard of that until recently), but I get migraines, so they haven't seemed to help me in that regard. Good luck!
