hello,i am a first time home buyer and considering a location in Berkshire downs and one in Broadlands. I was wondering if anyone lived in or close or could shed any light on either.A guy i work with said he heard berkshire was Ghetto.Can anyone help?

Since I am familiar with both subdivisions, I think you'd be safer in Broadlands.
